Andrew B. Craig III - Managing Director

Mr. Craig is a managing director and founder of RiverVest Venture Partners. He has exceptional corporate leadership and management experience and serves as a director on a number of boards, including BJC Health System, Laclede Gas Company and Grupo Modelo S.A. de C.V. He is a member of the board of trustees of Washington University in St. Louis and the Washington University School of Medicine's National Council.

Mr. Craig was formerly the chairman of the board and CEO of Boatmen's Bancshares Inc. and chairman of the board of NationsBank Corporation following its acquisition of Boatmen's. Prior to that, he was president of BancOhio National Bank and president and CEO of Manufacturers and Traders Trust Company.

Well known in St. Louis for his service and dedication to cultural and community organizations, Mr. Craig was named St. Louis Man of the Year in 1995.

Mr. Craig received his undergraduate education at Cornell University and the University of Buffalo and graduate training in banking at Rutgers University and Columbia University.
